JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: This Mid-Level Corporate Recruiter is responsible for successful acquisition of salaried talent into the Company, managing the full cycle recruiting process. This position guides hiring managers and develops a strong understanding of Company culture, history, business strategy, and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
Essential Functions:
- Implements the full-recruitment lifecycle. The incumbent will facilitate the end-to-end salaried recruitment process, including launching new jobs, utilizing traditional and nontraditional sourcing/advertising, coordination of and engagement in interviews and assisting the Senior Corporate Recruiter in other logistics to create a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Ensures company compliance with Affirmative Action/EEO.
- Spearheads the Recruitment of Interns. Coordinates the recruiting and hiring of primarily summer interns by developing strong external networks with technical colleges/universities and relationships with internal partners.
- Serves as Company ambassador to local schools (secondary and post-secondary) to educate local students about Brakebush career opportunities and build stronger talent pipelines from the community. Connects with plant HR at other facilities to ensure networking and outreach program consistency.
- Supports salarierd hiring logistics, to include the internal transfer and promotion process, (screening, interviewing, and navigating hiring managers through the workflow process), interview travel and relocation details.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field OR related Associates degree with 2+ years’ experience in recruiting OR a minimum of 4+ years in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; Comfort working with all levels of management
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail; efficient prioritization of multi-step processes
- Command of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and compliance laws.
- Command of leveraging social media and other trending tools for employer branding and job sourcing
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Supervisory Responsibility: There are no supervisory duties with this role.
Work Environment: Office environment with standard temperatures and normal office noise levels.
Physical Demands: Primarily sitting with little to no lifting or other physical demands.
Travel: Some travel to other facilities/plants may be required.
