Qualifications:  Display positive attitude and team work skills.  Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test.  Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.  Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.  Must be able and available to work overtime as required. 

 

Job Summary: Essential duties & responsibilities include the following:

  • Print and verify all labels requested by Production Personnel.  These requests will also be recorded on the label request log which is to be turned at the end of the shift daily
  • Maintain control of the inventory inside the label room to include label stock, bump caps, boots, and other stocked items.  If any items are issued, they are to be recorded on the supply request log
  • Stock the PPE bins and table as required
  • This position will report directly to the FSQA Supervisor and FSQA Manager
  • A requirement of this position is that the Label Room Clerk always be available in the label room. If for some reason the clerk must leave, the room is to be locked.
  • If supplies are available to be stocked, the Label Room Clerk is required to stock the items
  • The Label Room Clerk is to maintain the security of the label room.  
  • Work hours are Monday -Friday 4:30 pm/2:00 am.  Saturdays are required if scheduled.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 

 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 

 

Experience: Entry-level. 

 

Other Requirements: No other requirements. 

 

Working Conditions: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present.  Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.   


Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required.
