Job Description PPE Supply Room Attendant JOB SUMMARY: The employee is responsible for distributing necessary PPE from the supply room, ensuring the proper data entries are recorded in the computer to maintain the inventory integrity and maintaining the organization of the supply room. JOB DUTIES: Maintain inventory (cycle counts, manual counts). Maintain the Supply Room organization. Maintain cleanliness Receive/Inspect incoming items to verify quantity, item number and ID damaged or unmarked items. Maintain the recycling program. (Light bulbs, batteries, etc.). Create and maintain janitorial schedules and cleaning programs Adhere to all food safety policies and procedures Attach proper ID labels to material Assist vendors with signing in and contact with correct party. Perform other duties, as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequent lifting and twisting are required throughout the workday. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be bilingual. Must meet physical ability requirements. Must be able to stand, walk and lift up to eight hours per day. Must successfully complete all required safety training. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic computer skills in a windows environment including use of Word and Excel.
