Qualifications:  Display positive attitude and teamwork skills.  Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test.  Must pass pulmonary fitness test. Must complete power jack/forklift training course, Lock Out/Tag Out and Hazard Communication training courses. Must be able to stand and walk up to 12 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Must be able and available to work overtime as required. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Able to bend conduit
• Pull and terminate wires
• Capable of fabricating start/stop stations and other related jobs
• Capable of dealing with 480-volt, 3 phase.  Install and maintain lighting systems
• Must know elements of NEC
• Able to read schematics & diagrams satisfactorily
• Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot mechanical as well as electrical problems
• Be willing to work as directed on production equipment
• Expected to possess good judgment and exercise initiative
• Communicating with management when there are concerns with the following : Production, Safety & Employee Relations
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:  Able to tolerate varied temperatures, work independently, able to get along with co-workers.  Able to work varied overtime as needed.  Must meet Electrician Back & Task requirements. 

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Journeyman Electrician license preferred.  Minimum of 1 year work related experience.

Working Conditions: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present.  Job requires frequent bending, lifting and twisting, climbing, working in tight places, etc.  Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
