POSITION: Maintenance Inventory SAP Clerk HOURS:   2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with availability to work weekends and overtime.

REPORTS TO:  Maintenance Supply Supervisor
EMPLOYMENT: Full time

JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for the distribution of necessary tools or materials from the maintenance supply room, recording accurate inventory data, and maintaining maintenance supply room organization and housekeeping.

JOB DUTIES:

• Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance supply room through manual and cycle counting methods.
• SAP data and work order entry.
• Issuing and Kitting Parts for maintenance work orders.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts to verify quantity, item number, and quality from various freight deliveries, including part pickup from or delivery to vendors.
• Maintain site recycle program (for light bulbs, batteries, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:  Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to very cold; noise; humidity; moving vehicles; slippery floors; possible heavy and repeated lifting.  Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Must have basic computer literacy in Windows operating system. Must complete Powered Industrial Truck, Lock Out/Tag Out and Hazard Communication safety training courses.  Must meet Maintenance Back & Task requirements. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 9 hours per day. SAP Experience and Bilingual Skills (Spanish and English) a plus. Mechanical aptitude and experience a plus.
