Hours: 4:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (Hours May Vary) 

Wage: $22.77/hour

JOB SUMMARY: Will assist departments from a sanitarian aspect along with performing duties as listed below.  

JOB DUTIES:

• Set up, and / or disassemble equipment for washing, foaming, and sanitizing as required.  Includes conveyors, batter and breeding, and other machines in department.
• Perform dry pick-up, and proper disposal of all waste materials that are on the floor, in red inedible tubs, totes, or garbage cans and transport to Inedible Dock.
• Will assist in any line mid-shift clean-ups, sanitizing, and removal of fryer bricks.
• Will help supply line with any predust, batter, breading, or any other supplies that are being used for that day.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Frequent twisting, bending and lifting
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a self-motivated employee who must possess good communication skills.  Must meet Line Sanitarian Back & Task requirements.  Must be able to stand, walk, shovel, and climb stairs up to 8 hours per day. Must complete Lock Out/ Tag Out and Hazard Communication training courses along with a basic Sanitation Chemical course. TEAM oriented person who can get along with and work well with others.
