Summary: The Customer Finance Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analysis of sales performance, deductions and margins by customer, and pricing updates based on market movements. 

Hybrid/Remote schedule: 50% remote/working in the Westfield, WI office every Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.

Essential Functions: 

• Assists with analyzing actual vs. budget performance. 
• Develops predictive modeling to estimate revenue and margin and ensures accurate invoicing and manage intermittent price changes. 
• Assists with preparation of month, quarter, and year end analysis and utilizes profitability reports to guide decision making.
• Compiles data used to create reports on various customer profitability metrics and provides insights on trends contributing to changes in gross profit.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 1-3 years of financial modeling experience OR five plus years of equivalent experience in financial analysis/modeling.
• Demonstrated initiative and follow-through
• Analytical skills: Able to assess data, recognize discrepancies or inconsistencies, make decisions, and communicate accordingly.  Strong math skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization
• Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Manufacturing background or a general understanding of the Foodservice Industry
• Experience in profitability reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of Business Warehouse reporting
• Prior experience with:  Blacksmith/Forge Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment: The work environment is an office environment with standard temperatures and normal office noise levels.

Physical Demands: This position would be primarily sitting with little to no lifting or other physical demands.

Position Type: Exempt, 1st shift and 50% remote/working in the office every Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.

Travel: There may be up to 10% travel as necessary
