JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary: This position is primarily responsible for preparing weekly KPI reports, production reporting, bid costing creation, and production and inventory analysis.  Additionally supporting period close by creation of month-end reporting, account reconciliations, and journal entry transaction creation and posting.


This role will be a Limited Term Employment (LTE) for a minimum of 6 months, extending up to 12 months (max).

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare cost estimates and bid sheets to support new product sales.
  • Create weekly KPI reports.
  • Develop weekly production activity reports and related analyses.
  • Assist with period-end account reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and commentary on results.
  • Complete month-end transactions and prepare month-end reports.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP ERP.

 

Supervisory Responsibility: None

 

Work Environment: This is an office-based position with standard temperatures and typical office noise levels. 

 

Physical Demands: This position is primarily sedentary and involves little to no lifting or other physical exertion.

 

Position Type: Non-Exempt, 1st shift. Expected work hours are 20 hours per week. 

 

Travel: None.
