Summary: The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be an integral part of the Finance team by providing financial planning and analysis for all locations and supports strategic partnerships to drive financial growth.
 

Remote/Hybrid Schedule: 50% remote/50% onsite work.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Manages financial planning and analysis by developing and implementing financial plans and budgets to support the company’s business strategy. Identifies and researches variances to budget, forecast, and prior year. Analyzes financial data to identify trend and potential opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborates with cross functional partners across the organization, such as Corporate and Operational departments, to support business making and drive business growth by providing insightful analysis. Supports the company’s audit process and a variety of other financial projects as needed. Assists with implementation of new systems and procedures. 
  • Effectively delivers analytics and reports to our company leaders such as long-range plans, annual budgets, forecasts, financial models, allocations, presentations, and month-end support.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field OR five plus years of equivalent FP&A experience. 
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Expertise with financial modeling 
  • Strong communications skills, including ability to relay financial information to non-financial personnel
  • Strong analytical skill, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel, pivot table/vlookup/data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with all levels of the company 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and CPA, CMA, and/or MBA
  • Strong SAP experience, BI Analytics, SAP S4/Hana
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or food processing environment

 

Supervisory Responsibility: Some supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. 
 

Work Environment: Hybrid schedule - 50% remote/50% onsite work. 
 

Physical Demands: This position would be primarily sitting with little to no lifting or other physical demands.
 

Position Type: Exempt, 1st shift
 

Travel: Some travel may be required in this position to assist in other facilities. (Less than 5%)
