What You’ll Do- Making a difference in what you do! 

• Collect and test product and environmental samples following proper Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs)
• Identify potential food safety concerns early and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with senior lab technicians and management to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality microbiology lab
• Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to drive company-wide success

Schedule:

• 3:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturday shifts may be required, with flexibility to adjust days as necessary)
