WAGE: $21.62 per hour
JOB SUMMARY: The employee is responsible for helping provide guidance to the supply room team while completing daily tasks including distributing necessary tooling / materials from the supply room, ensuring the proper data entries are recorded in the computer to maintain the inventory integrity and maintaining the organization of the supply room. This employee will assist in covering for technicians that have time off on other shifts.
JOB DUTIES:

Maintain inventory which includes cycle counts and manual adjustments to material.

Maintain organization in drawers and shelves throughout all storeroom locations.

Maintain a clean work area in all storage locations.

Delegate workflow and tasks.

Setup new maintenance technicians with company issued tools.

Enter employee time and material used into SAP.

Scan and document all work orders generated from maintenance department.

Receive/Inspect incoming parts, verify quantity, item number and ID damaged or unmarked items.

Box or crate parts that are to be shipped or stored.

Maintain the recycle program of light bulbs, batteries, oil, and e-waste.

Change jack batteries for the Plant.

Make signs or stickers as required for Plant.

Operate power equipment as necessary. (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Sky Jack)

Pick up or deliver parts to vendor.

Assist outside drivers with pick up/delivery of freight.

Attach proper ID labels to material

Scan packing slips into computer for accounting.

Assist vendors with sign in and contact with correct party.

Rebuild sanitation hoses as needed.

Assist Maintenance Techs, as required.

Perform other duties, as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequent lifting and twisting is required throughout workday. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet Maintenance physical abilities evaluation. Must be able to stand, walk and lift up to eight hours per day. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic computer skills Windows environment (Word/ Excel). Demonstrated mechanical skills necessary to repair equipment.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required.
